Grizzly River Run---Ya'll are really wet!!!

5..4..3..2..1.....California Screamin'

Oh my gosh we had the best time last week in Disneyland and California Adventure Park. It was so nice to have 6 days to just play with our family and not worry about the same old daily routine. We left on Tuesday May 6 and came home and May 12. We were so excited when our friends Karen and her daughter Malia joined us at the last minute. Malia is Daekon's age and we all just had a ball. Well, the first day Ashlyn did come down with a fever and ear infections so we had to take care of that. We had a Dr. come to our hotel and provide care and Rx for her. It cost a bit of money but I think our insurance should reimburse. I would love to hop on a plane and go back right now. It was a great time to go. Not too crowded and not too warm. About 70 degrees the whole time. I think we were able to do everything there was to do at least once and some things we were able to several times. Ashlyn was so excited to be 40 inches and to be able to go on several faster rides. She kept telling everyone she was 40. Her favorite was Splash Mountain. She probably rode it about 5 or 6 times. She also enjoyed Matterhorn, Star Tours, Soarin' Over California, and Thundermountain Railroad for the first time this year. The boys still love the big roller coast in CA adventure park, California Screamin'(the enjoy going upside down). Probably our family's all time favorite though is still Pirates of the Caribbean. The new Finding Nemo sub ride is really cool as well. Disneyland still has the best fireworks show I've ever seen in my life. It's a must!!! We'll sorry I blabbed forever but I just had too much fun.
